Thomas Kent Pelham (fl. 1860 - 1891)

London genre painter, who exhibited 25 works at the Royal Academy from 1860-1891. Thomas also exhibited at the British Institute, Suffolk Street, Cardiff Museum and Agnew and Sons. He lived and worked in Spain and is well known for his paintings of Spanish Beauties at work in the countryside, fisher folk and flowers.
